Soup Pierre
Ingredients
5-6 cups fresh strawberries
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
3 Tbsp sugar
1 cup whipping cream
4-6 Tbsp whipped cream, to garnish
4-6 Tbsp shaved chocolate, to garnish
Method
1. In a food processor or blender, purée strawberries. Pour into a large bowl.
2. Add orange juice, cinnamon and sugar to puréed strawberries.
3. Whisk in cream. Let chill for 20-30 minutes.
4. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Yield 4-6 servings.
