One Night in Bangkok
Marinating tender pieces of pork results in a juicy, flavourful tenderloin perfect for garlic lovers.
Ingredients
Garlic Gravy
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp chicken stock
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp corn flour
Pork
7 oz pork tenderloin
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp ground pepper
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp chicken stock
Method
Garlic Gravy
1. In a saucepan, mix all ingredients except corn flour. Bring to a boil.
2. Add corn flour and stir until sauce thickens.
Pork
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
2. In a casserole dish, cover all sides of pork with marinade and let sit for 4 hrs.
3. In a frying pan, sear pork on medium heat for 5-7 mins on each side.
4. Drizzle gravy over pork and serve.
