Nimbus Tsukune – a Vietnamese/Chinese classic with Japanese flair. Japanese style tsukune meatballs, stir-fried vegetables, chicken veloute, on a bed of crispy noodles.

Entrée

Seoul Steak – a Korean inspired dish. Sweet soy marinated flank steak, accompanied with sautéed crimini, pomme purée, pickled onions, green onion, grana padano, and Korean demi glace.

Dessert

Che Thai with Mochi and Sweet Red Bean – a sweet Vietnamese dessert with a Japanese twist. A sweet fruit cocktail with lychees, jackfruit, longan, pandan jelly, grilled mochi, sweet red bean, and cream.
