Fattoush salad – Romaine lettuce mixed with cucumber, grape vine tomatoes, white onions and deep fried freshly made pita bread, served with fattoush dressing

Ground lamb – mixed with pistachios and a chilli tomato paste served with rice, hummus or house salad
Lamb and beef soujuk (sausage) – slow cooked in a tomato, onion and garlic sauce covered in a hot bread, served with a side of rice
Vegetarian tagine – chickpeas, eggplant, cauliflower and potato slow cooked in a tomato, garlic, onion stew covered in a hot bread. Served with a side of rice.
